Hi! I am Anaïs Skoutariotis, founder of Serene Minds.
I obtained my internally accredited coaching certificates in several fields: as life coach, travel coach & mindfulness coach.
In our coaching, I will be using different approaches & tools, such as NLP, MBSR & MBCT.
